Project Manager

I provide necessary support for the management of the Demand & Response (DR) project in Enel X (Italy and Norh America).
I'm responsible for coaching new resource (developer/process engeneer) and I also ensure development and implementation of consistent as well as standardized business processes. As a part of the project management process, I help in creating a common set of principles, practices, and templates for managing various organizational projects and this, in turn, saved both time and money for Enel X organization.
I am responsible of gathering relevant project data and of producing information to be presented at the Enel and Reply management. Based on updates by process engineers related to a single or multiple workstream, I monitor the status of the overall Project and its alignment with the project strategy, milestones, quality, budget, allocation of project resources

I manage Project Management at Enel Free Market, using analytical tools for:
•	Guaranteeing project success and accountability of project results;
•	Resource and supplier cost planning and management
•	Measuring and reporting KPI and SLA periodically (Budget management,Cash flow, contract costs and expected revenues)
•	Sales department support (Presale activities to promote new developments for customers)
•	Editing an action item list that includes decisions/responsibilities assigned in meetings

•	Resource management engaged in analysis, software development and evolution of applications.
•	Coordination and management of cross-functional Enel Business Italy and ICT Enel meetings
•	Coordination and management of escalations
•	Problem Management & Problem Analysis of issues regarding Enel Market Italia's Business processes, support in the analysis of evolutionary and / or corrective interventions within Enel Mercato Italia's Systems
•	Control Area’s referent for CRM Transformation Salesforce Project 
•	Control Area’s referent of the BSN billing.

The MIND unit is the group responsible of the production environment by using TIBCO technology (BPM long and short running processes). 
My main responsabilities: Analysis of operating problems, orchestrated by the MUTI BPM and TIBCO development of contingency tools. Analysis of critical issues, support for problem determination and troubleshooting; support for monitoring and reporting, control and reporting of the progress of work orders from the Front and Back End systems

Telecom Italia's BPM system uses a service-oriented architecture that is described on Telecom Italia's ESB.
As part of the project, I developed, managed and tested messages to communicate between different systems, managing the invariance of the interface between the various system processes invoking the different orchestrator system (Delivery, billing or CRM) 
My main activities were:
•	Analysis of user requirements from Telecom Design and drafting of related technical specifications
•	Development and testing of user requirements from Telecom Design
•	Resolution of any reports from the exercise or Testing group
