As Procurement Process and System manager, I am currently responsible of the procurement process efficiency and optimization, with the aim of making more agile and effective the group procurement processes. I am also responsible of all the procurement technology projects and implementations. As group Procurement Performance Manager, I am responsible of Strategic Analysis, Spend Analysis and Cost Optimization, Procurement KPI definition and implementation; directly reporting to Group COO. I am also currently Head of Vendor Qualification process, and responsible of the e-sourcing platform. As former Accenture Project Manager, I led several Supply Chain transformation programs for primary international companies, with particular focus on Sourcing and Procurement processes. I supported the Companies in making their procurement organizations more effective, agile, innovative and reactive, walking them through the digitalization of their Sourcing and Procurement processes. I led several projects of Sourcing and Procurement Cloud System Implementation (Ariba, Coupa, Synertrade) for International Companies. I led projects of Target Operating Model definition for Sourcing and Procurement Processes and Buying Channel definition and implemenation. I have led projects of Spend Analysis and Cost Optimization. I have several years experience in designing and implementing ERP procurement solutions for primary International Companies, such as SAP R/3 (PUR, MM), SAP FMS (PUR,MM), SAP S4 (PUR,MM).
