Yieldplanet is providing innovative electronic global distribution connectivity for the hospitality industry with the aim of solving hotels’ online distribution and pricing problems. The software automates the interactions between hotels and Online Travel Agents (OTAs) and hotels’ own web pages, while providing hotels with data, which can be used to optimize 
revenue & pricing, select & manage pricing strategies, and manage room inventory.

Achievements:
- since 2011 YieldPlanet has reached from 264 to over 1600 hotel contracts now in over 20 countries, with strong presence in Europe & North America. 
- secured and assisted strategic contracts to become recommended as the worldwide technology provider for  major chains (e.g., Accor) or for chains Europe-wide (e.g., Best Western) or to become globally certified partner for Booking.com, Expedia.com and many others
- Yieldplanet established presence in many countries, including among others United States, Canada, Argentina, Spain, Czech Republic, Poland, France, United Kingdom, and Romania.

Shared responsibility of over EUR155m hotel sales from 62 hotel properties, from 6 brands.
Head of Distribution Department, Revenue Management, Business Support departments. 
Responsible for eCommerce: web content management, OLTA positioning, eMarketing, SEO, SEM for global and local corporate sites, affiliate program, web agent contracting.
Responsible for Revenue Management: set up, management and control of pricing strategies for 65 properties across brands, development of new tools and trainings. Project manager for massive RM expansion in Poland. 
Responsible for Business Support department: Business Analysis (revenue, cost, segmentation, market share), Database management, Trainings for Sales Account Managers, Sales Tool (aka Oracle for sales) Coordination &amp; trainings, Outsourced Call Center management.
Responsible for Distribution &amp; Information Systems: Expert IT recommendation for sale &amp; Marketing Departments for IT and tool investments, Supervision of tool implementation with IT, and preparing meritorical standardizations for IT. Member of the project team of standardizing IT infrastructures in hotels (PMS, interfaces, reservation systems) and their programming (segmentations, coding).

Geographic responsibility for North African routes. Functional responsibility of strategic assist to Central-East Europe & North Africa Revenue Development Manager on key area matters:
Support Net Revenue Forecast process, set with Country Managers and then communicate market objectives.
Integrate with Price Product Specialists route objectives, strategies and plans. Lead discretely the integration of latter two into Marketing & Sales team action plans. 
Work closely with regional Marketing to agree marketing plans and promotions.
Manage Dealing Systems and Fare Management & Distribution implementation in the area.
Set and employ short haul & long haul dealing guidelines.
Use databases (ICW, Ras) & Market Share data to review pricing, rules effectiveness, Point of Sale performance and to deep dive into areas with issues.
