To my whole Linkedin network... Does the following sound familiar, You work long hours sitting with a semi-rounded back at your desk, looking into a computer screen most of the day! Your lower back, hips and neck areas all feel tight, stiff and immobile. You try to keep some kind of movement going at your desk, perhaps something you saw on an instagram video or youtube tutorial but this has very limited (if any) results.
