MiniMed 

Supervised a team of both direct and dotted line reports in the Virginia District. Field team included three Territory Managers and a Diabetes Nurse Specialist. Corporate team comprised of a Sales Assistant and Insurance Verifier.
•   Insulin Pump unit sales increased from 18 per month in May 1998, to 75 per month in March 2002, an increase of 317%.
•   Total revenue increased from $650K in 1998, to $3.3M in 2001, an increase of 245%.
•   Developed innovative patient programs to educate and familiarize insulin-dependent diabetics on the benefits of insulin pump therapy. Consequently, the District's pump candidate pipeline averaged over 120 patients, an increase of 343% from 1998.
