Responsible for targeting top-tier UK retailers, broadening and deepening customer relationships whilst promoting a consistent, comprehensive value proposition above and beyond gift and loyalty card production. Responsible for lead generation, overseeing the development of marketing literature, coordinating administrative and production teams. Experienced in pitching and presenting to key stakeholders and senior decision-makers up to board level at some of the UK's biggest brands.

Responsible for the lead generation operation for the North of England and the Midlands, supporting a field sales team of 20 sales representatives. Direct responsibility for an office-based team of 55 staff. Full responsibility for the marketing budget, managing external agencies, identifying new locations to expand the business and support the increase of the sales force, Identifying trends, analysing results and implementing best practices.

Responsible for analysing performance 'v's cost-effectiveness across the whole marketing department, ensuring budgets were met, and monitoring variances.

Thomas Consulting Ltd

Responsible for introducing Thomas Consulting to social media and redesigned their website to improve SEO in aim to target profitable sectors. I was involved in a range of different marketing activities to increase the company profile in order to generate new business leads. The overall objective was to promote and enhance the brand to increase client numbers and move into new markets. I monitored client relationships looking for ways to constantly improve the quality of service provided by Thomas Consulting ensuring the brand message was consistent across all platforms.

Interski

Gap year - ski season. 

Interski specialises in school ski trips,  primarily I was responsible for the Interski "Snow Sport Holidays" package.  This Snow Sports Holiday brand is a separate arm of the business that focuses on adult, family and corporate ski groups. 

I had to  facilitate the smooth running of the Snow Sports Holidays product and ensure that all clients had the best experience whilst on holiday with Interski. I was responsible for every "Snow Sports Holidays" client from the moment they stepped off the plane until they got back on it. I would have a welcome meeting with each client on their arrival to gain an understanding of their wants and needs whilst on holiday with Interski. I would then create a schedule for the clients approval  including everything from the organisation of lunches to après-ski. I dealt with evening venues, hoteliers and suppliers and was always in direct contact with the Resort senior leadership team. This was a challenging, high pressured and varied role, but extremely enjoyable!
