My journey has taken me from teaching English to consulting on human resources strategies, and along the way, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for resilience—both in people and in businesses. These days, I’m focusing on organizational resilience: helping companies navigate challenges while staying true to their purpose and values. With experience as an HR Business Consultant at KennedyFitch and a background in Human Resources Management from Università degli Studi di Milano, I’ve worked on aligning business strategies with ethical goals like neurodiversity support and the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. For me, it’s not just about delivering results—it’s about creating environments where people feel valued and empowered to thrive. I also bring a love for teaching to everything I do. Being fluent in English, Persian, and Italian, I’ve had the joy of helping students build not just language skills but confidence and cultural awareness. Teaching reminds me daily that growth happens when people feel heard, supported, and challenged in the right ways. At the core of everything I do is a simple belief: when we prioritize people, everything else falls into place.
