With over 25 years of experience in the non-profit sector, I have a passion for guiding people and organizations - helping them harness their mental performance blocks and enhance their psychological wellbeing in order to optimize their performance. As a coach, I work with individuals and teams from various backgrounds and sectors who struggle with performance issues, specifically tied to workplace culture dynamics and the impacts of Imposterism. I leverage the power of mindset reframing and mental fitness practices to equip them with the tools to achieve greater clarity, confidence, and resilience. As a workplace culture consultant, speaker, facilitator, and trainer, I support businesses that are interested in nurturing inclusive and adaptable workplace cultures as a means for optimizing their talent’s performance and wellbeing – leading to greater retention and sustainable growth. I use various talent assessment tools, such as DISC, Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Driving Forces - providing workshops and trainings to help talent understand their strengths, motivations, and communication styles.
