•	Today she plays a role of a senior executive in the corporate world and holds the position of the Global Consumer Insight Director Care for Electrolux Group - https://www.electrolux.com, the world's second-largest appliance maker. 
•	Prior to joining Electrolux, she spent almost 15 years with the multinational consumer products company Colgate-Palmolive, working in various roles and living in different geographies such as Istanbul, New York, Lagos, and Switzerland. These experiences have given her a unique perspective on ethics, cultural differences, and the power of diversity.
•	Behind her success is a family that taught her values, resilience, and a positive mindset. She started working at the age of 19, and her first project was research project for the Lufthansa company that defined her entire career as a business advisor. After this project, she was hired by the world's leading data, insights, and consulting company, Kantar, and unlocked her international career. 
•	She has Ph.D. in Data Science and an MBA from California State University-Hayward.

I want to share something personal today.

Five years ago, I quietly started building my personal brand rooted not in self-promotion, but in a belief so deep it almost felt like a calling:

I believed then, and I believe even more fiercely now, that partnering with Insights leaders gives companies an advantage so powerful that most don’t talk about it, because it is their competitive advantage.

And for years, I watched some of the most brilliant people in our field go unrecognized.
I watched them transform brands, guide billion-dollar decisions, rewrite strategies, and unlock growth all while remaining invisible to the outside world.

That invisibility broke my heart. But it also lit a fire in me.

Today, at CES, that fire becomes a stage.

This year, I am deeply honored to bring together some of the most successful, most generous, and most visionary people in the Insights community -

not to hide behind the scenes,

The first chapter of Insights Lighthouse is complete — an intimate rooftop gathering of 10 brilliant minds, stunning skyline views, and conversations that mattered. We explored how Gen Z and Gen Alpha are reshaping behaviour, values, and expectations, and the challenges this creates for clients and agencies trying to keep pace. Traditional research alone won’t cut it; we need adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and new ways of listening.

What stood out most was the power of community — real connection, shared experiences, and open dialogue.
