•	Streamlined DICERNA’s payroll processing, review, and controls. Built the necessary reports in E-trade
and ADP WFN to automate the workflow of ESPP changes, stock options exercises, and RSU vesting.
•	Ensured all employees participating in company equity compensation plans were correctly tagged in all
systems, compensation information was processed in payroll, and appropriate taxes were paid.
•	Processed the off-cycle RSU payrolls and ensured the proper supplemental tax rates were applied.
•	Reviewed and signed off regular semi-monthly payrolls; ensured proper audit documentation was created to evidence the accuracy and completeness of the payroll.
•	Assessed and registered for payroll taxes in new jurisdictions; advised payroll and accounting specialists on how to apply certain jurisdictions to employees’ pay records.
•	Advised management on special processing/taxation rules related to supplemental earnings and pre-tax deductions.
•	Finalized the GL integration between ADP WFN and SAP. Maintain proper mapping of earnings, taxes, and deductions to the company’s chart of accounts.
