I enhance Sales Effectiveness through the direct sales force and the indirect channels (Original Equipment Manufacturer - OEM vendors, Integrators, Value-Added Resellers - VARs, Distributors, Representatives) by applying strategies like Solution Selling, Consultative Selling, and Key Account Management, in addition to leveraging Predictive Analytics tools. The outcome is the delivery of profitable results by growing the business organically taking market share disproportionately away from competitors, and by turning my team into a relevant contributor to the overall performance.
