-In charge of developing and delivering creative marketing and communication strategies, plans and

- Give oversight to a team that includes The Content Manager, The Social Media Manager, Web developer and Graphic designer

- Provided strategic leadership & coordinated activities between departments 
-  Ensured programming content & output was relevant to listeners and in line with station strategic focus.
- Designed on air campaigns throughout the different seasons to keep the product fresh and interesting
- Worked with the Online Producer to come up with the digital strategy and supervised its implementation
-  Sourced for, trained, hired and managed all on air talent

Programs Director

104.1 Power FM Uganda

- I hosted The Bridge , the mid morning show on 104.1 Power fm  Monday to Friday from 10:30am-2:30am. 
- Researched and prepared content for the show including but not limited to show scripts, vox pops and guests for the show
- Worked with The Creative department to ensure that the show had adequate branding both on air and online
- Maintained the show's online presence through a creative digital strategy

On Air Host

The LanternMeet of Poets

-In-charge of the LanternMeet of poets Social platform i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and the then newly commissioned blog. This involved planning for and regularly updating these platforms, responding to fans and partners who reached out to us through these platforms and gathering feedback
-Take lead on Marketing and all communication for poetry recitals .This involved designing the publicity strategy in liaison with the rest of the team i.e. coming up with campaigns for a particular recital, booking space for radio and TV interviews, planning for appearances at events to increase publicity, designing the social media campaign which at times involved outsourcing the social media marketing aspect for the duration of the campaign and identifying and working with a graphics designer/team for the branding of a particular recital or team.

-Collecting reviews and stories written about us and the shows online and sharing them through these different platforms

Communications Coordinator

95.9 Touch FM

I hosted the morning show 'Fresh Start' from 6-10 am every weekday; it covered current affairs, sports updates and social issues c Over the Weekend I hosted "Blissful" which is the Touch fm gospel show which airs on Sunday 8-10am.

As Senior Traffic Officer, I took on the role of Client Relations Manager ensuring that our advertisers got value for money when they advertised with Touch FM. This involved advising on relevant spots according to brand, providing monthly reports and coordinating interviws.
