Projects Involved

 -Design and Build Contract for The Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) Line From Mwanza to Isaka on An Alignment Parallel to The Existing Meter Gauge Line.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

·       Ensuring DSTV installation and service operates well at all times.

·       Monitoring and evaluation of Internet Services operates at an optimal and efficient speedy.

·       Ensuring food supplier provides quality standard foods service in all engineers camps.

·       Ensuring drinking water supplied in the engineers houses and offices.

·       Offices supplies and consumable goods are provided in all Engineers’ houses.

·       Schedule maintenance for printers and copier machine weekly.

·       Ensuring access to safe water supply for daily domestic use.

·       Ensuring that wastewater from septic tanks and solid waste (rubbish) are thoroughly removed from the engineers camp and dumped at special separated area.

·       Ensuring electricity supplies is accessible and available all the time,

in case of any power shutdown generator should be operated urgently.

·       Inventory control for invoice bills in Electricity, Water, DSTV, Internet and Food services

·       Highly supervised  both repair and maintenance of the office photocopier machine, plumbing system, generator services and Air conditioners.

·       Negotiated the quotation price for fumigation services in all engineer’s camps across the whole SGR LOT 5 Project.

·       Involved in administrative management advisory or consultation.

Junior Management Assistant

January, 2021-April,2021- TANZANIA PORTS AUTHORITY (TPA)-

X-RAY AND SCANNER MACHINE OPERATOR/SECURITY OFFICER AT ONE STOP CENTRE TPA TOWER

·       Supervising Scan-Security of the parcels and luggage's passed through the X-ray.

·       Supervising the scanning of each individual either a customer or TPA, TBS, TRA, PORT HEALTH, or CAG”s office per say when passing through the walk-through scanner.

·       Running and improvising a Security Patrol in all the Entry and Gate point in a One Stop Centre TPA Tower after every 30 minutes.

·       Ensuring all the security guards in all either entry point/ gate points or scanner station all checked in and are in a an accurate count.

·       Scheduling the X-ray/Scanner roster for each week in a according to the rules and regulations improvised by each employee or worker.

·       Handling and supervising thorough inspection ran by the Security Officers and X-ray/walk-through Scanner Operator for the weapons

that either might initiate danger or harm to the individuals at One Stop Centre TPA Tower.

·       Writing weekly  reports and submitting to the Section Security Officer Incharge as well as the Port Security Manager.

CCTV Camera Controller –NETWORK OPERATING CENTRE (NOC-4): KIWANGO SECURITY GUARD LIMITED (KSG)-Kawe Beach, Dar-es-Salaam.

Works performed

·       Monitored operations of both indoor and outdoor CCTV Camera on guard site.

·       Remote control of digital HD CCTV Camera rotating camera.

·       Ensured each event is captured and video recorded as well as stored in the DVR or XVR.

·       Ensured the Digital Video Recorder (DVR) functions properly.

·       In case of either fire or security emergency signal was sent to NOC-HQ inform of Radio   Frequency, Data or SMS by pressing a panic alarm system.

·       Maintained the neatness of the Control Room or NOC.

·       Ensured proper management of safety and health of the working environment.

·       Ensured adequate availability of personnel protective equipment (PPE) and First Aid Kit at workplace.

·       Provided urgent supportive guidance to victims with safety and health emergencies at workplace

·       Provided guidelines based on personal hygiene and water sanitation to workers.

·       Executed monitoring and evaluation of consumable food and drinks adhering to food standard enacted by TBS and ISO 1900.

·       Managed appropriate methods of sludge and wastewater disposal to ensure health-working environment.

·       Involved in postmortem inspection of the meat after animal slaughtering.

·       Meat chilled and frozen at various temperatures for preservation purposes.

·       Mutton clothing of the meat for dispatch and exportation to U.A.E (Oman).
