With two decades of immersion in the education sector and over a decade dedicated to project management, my journey has been a blend of innovation, leadership, and unwavering dedication. Leading pivotal roles at European Education Centre (adult education proveder) and Croation Education Development Institute (non-profit NGO), I'm developing a culture of educational excellence and meaningful international collaboration. My venture, GogaRad, encapsulates my multifaceted expertise. Specializing in EU projects, I've championed proposal writing and project implementation across various EU funds and programmes, especially ESF+, Erasmus+, Creative Europe, and CERV. Furthermore, my passion for fostering continuous learning has driven me into instructional design, where I develop e-learning materials that hone project management and language skills, especially in English and German. As a Teacher Trainer and Coach, I've empowered educators with the necessary skills to navigate the dynamic landscape of modern education, with a particular emphasis on digital competencies, e-learning, and project management.
