With over 38 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, and e-commerce operations, I have successfully managed diverse and complex supply chains across various industries and markets. From Automotive Spare parts, Fertilizers, Personal communication, Electronics, Apparels, Grocery, Household items, FMCG, and mobile devices, I have delivered value and efficiency to the customers and stakeholders of the companies I have worked with. My most recent role is as the head of e-commerce operations for Grocery to Toys, for setting up dark stores Toys & General Trade fulfillment and and last mile delivery. I have built and managed own and third-party logistics partner last mile, and contributed to a robust control tower. I have extensive experience in building own WMS, been a super user for Oracle RWMS and Enterprise Business Suite, Manhattan WMS. I have been part of designing and developing high-value storage and distribution solutions. In addition, I am passionate about mentoring and guiding young professionals in the SCM field, as well as in other career-oriented matters.
