I am a SCM professional with 40 years of experience in managing diverse and complex supply chains across various industries and markets. I have delivered value and efficiency to business. Most of it has been as start up position or new business in existing set up. From Fertilisers & Chemical, automotive spare parts, Electronics, Home Appliances, Mobiles, FMCG, Household, Apparel, Groceries and to UNWFP food supply chain, My journey is across the spectrum. Currently, I am the head of e-commerce operations for Grocery to General trade, where I am responsible for setting up dark stores, fulfillment, 3PL, functional tech and last mile delivery. I have built and managed Own and 3PL partners last mile, Developed Large scale Distribution Network, conducted International Recruitment and contributed to a robust control tower. I have extensive experience in building own WMS, as well as super user for Oracle RWMS and Manhattan WMS. I have also been part of designing and developing high-value storage and distribution solutions. In addition, I am passionate about mentoring and guiding young professionals in the SCM field, as well as in other career-oriented matters.
