The Commercial Relationship Manager for Banner Bank provides a selection of services (primarily commercial credits and treasury management services) to business clients through active business development and relationship management. CRM's develop relationships with business clients and develop and manage a portfolio of high performing commercial relationships.

Develop and manage relationships with new and existing, small to mid-size real estate relationships.
Actively market a broad range of bank services to meet needs of business owners.
Negotiate loan terms and conditions within scope of authority.                                
Prepare and present credit analysis and recommendations on borrowing requests.
Conduct credit reviews to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Perform ongoing credit risk management through daily monitoring of the loan portfolio; ensure proper risk rating of portfolio at all times.                                                             
Monitor all credits through periodic reviews and analysis.

Commercial Relationship Manager

Wells Fargo

Formal commercial banking training program. Discipline areas include credit, non-credit, partner sales, sales skills and functional training. Receive training and assist business bankers in financial and statistical analyses, conducting research, preparing support documentation, pricing and structuring. Participate in customer and prospect sales calls.

Relationship Management Associate

Responsible for conducting credit investigations and analyzing complex and diverse credit information for companies and industries. Functions include analyzing loan requests including analyzing borrower information/financial statements, collateral and tax returns to determine ability to pay; conducting forecast analysis, preparing credit reports for review; providing support to calling officers or account representatives and coordinating activity in support of credit approval process. Provided training or review work quality for other credit analysts.

Credit Analyst 2

Originated and serviced business accounts and services. Referred Payroll, Merchant Card Services, Business Insurance, among other services to our business partners in a sales heavy environment. Developed relationships with businesses and future business owners and served as a point person for their personal and business accounts. Received the Presidents Club Award 4th Quarter 2013, 2nd Quarter 2014, 4th Quarter 2014, 2nd Quarter 2015, awarded to Top Business Specialist in our Market. Referred investment opportunities to Financial Advisor. Closed over $3.5 million in lending in 2015 and over $3.0 million in lending in 2016.
