At Infinum we design, build, and scale authentic digital experiences that deliver value and empower people to accomplish their goals. My job is to help carry out the strategic goals we set for our team and the company itself. 

As team lead, I plan activities, oversee client pipeline cycles, work closely with Marketing and Operations, and set my team up for success so they can put new exciting software development projects into motion. 

One of the biggest tasks for me is to find expansion opportunities to set up new business locations in US and Europe and find the right people to manage those offices.

Director Of Business Development

Starting off in typical sales, my task was to acquire new business. I represented our company and services, drew up proposals, negotiated terms, worked on compiling contracts, and onboarded new clients. The role slowly evolved and I started to set up more complex projects in streamlined processes, bringing more experts into the conversation, all with the goal of creating customized digital solutions for a growing client base.

Business Development Manager

Faculty of Organization and Informatics

Advising on improvements in cooperation, knowledge transfer and general evolution of the Faculty. Consulting on development and revision of FOI study programs through implementation of innovative learning and teaching concepts, as well as other forms of cooperation through projects and different activities. The goal is to increase already established strong cooperation between FOI and IT sector to a higher level.

Administration of web service site 'PC support (PC podrska)'. Answering and helping clients on their requests regarding their computer issues, through the online ticketing system. (www.pcpodrska.hr)

Motel management, cleaning, reservations, taking care of motel functionality. Making schedules for housekeeping, making sure all supplies are available and keeping motel on high level for customers.

Microsoft Innovation Center

Organizing and preparing projects, running day-to-day business activities. Organizing learning courses for attendants of Microsoft Innovation Center signed up members. Working on tasks related to informatics and Microsoft tools such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Internship

I am the VP of Business Development at Infinum, a company that designs, builds, and scales authentic digital experiences for clients across various industries and markets. I have been with Infinum for over 10 years, leading a talented and diverse team of business developers and expanding Infinum's strategy to different markets such as US, UK and across the Europe.

Besides digital, you can interest me in talking about sports, primarily European football, NBA and Formula 1. 
I'm a passionate enthusiast and collector of Swiss watches, and if we start talking about those, we will need to arrange a full meeting. 

I am into philanthropy and ran a campaign through which I donated 150,000,00 € to localities and families hit by a devastating earthquake (6,4 Richter scale) in Croatia in 2021.

Our mobile team has added AI to Apple Vision Pro, allowing book readers to visualize the plot and become a part of the story. While I believe this technology may hinder imagination and make future generations.. dumb, from a technical and UX standpoint, it's undeniably cool! I'm torn. What do you think?
