To illutrate the ecosystem approach, a portfolio company specializes in retrofitting diesel trucks into EV vehicles while another company specializes in electric charging stations infrastructure, creating synergies between the companies and spreading value creation across the portfolio.

Proudfoot Consulting left Asia in 1996 and returned in 2003 to restart business operations.
	Responsible for all business activities in Asia and accountable for the development and growth of the company in the region.
•	Established successful operations and rebuilt the business to US$4 million by 2004/5.
•	Achieved additional new clients included: Kee Wah Bakery, Degussa, Demag Cranes & Components, Cathay Pacific, CITIC Pacific and K-Bridge Electronics Taiwan,

FUND4SE is now in the process of raising capital for its second fund. We welcome fund placement agents and potential investors focusing on emerging managers, having similar investment focus and embracing our Zero carbon emission strategy.

Gordon has wide and  in-depth knowledge of the corporate and business worlds as well as over 30 years of leadership experience in combination with a strong management consulting background. Most recently he was the Managing Director of Ward Howell International and PDI Ninth House Greater China. He has been President Asia of Proudfoot Consulting and President North Asia of Alexander Proudfoot PLC. Previously, Gordon was President Asia of  Maxager Technology, Inc., and Executive Director of Lippo Group (HKSE). Prior to that, Gordon was a senior consultant with the Hay Group.
