Channelling focus after Propstacks acquisition:
- Engineering: Developed one line Ruby on Rails Code - and it worked!  
- Procurement: Managed all processes with our external Vendors
- Finance: Structured the Finances after the acquisition by ImmoScout & expanded the reporting capability | Closely Worked with ImmoSocuts Finance and Controlling Team
- Recruiting: successfully led all recruiting efforts, expanding the team from 5 to 25
- Operations: Built the Ops from scratch! Expanded worthwhile & Consolidated unnecessary processes in all departments/teams (Sales, Ops, Finance, Controlling, Consulting, and Support) 
- Growth: leveraged all stakeholders to seed growth in Recruiting, Sales, and Marketing
- Founders: Supported the founders in all areas, - Team, Crucial Topics & Future Plans 

All in all, I joined the team during a critical growth period after being acquired. Doubling revenue on the basis of MRR and NRR. While laying the groundwork for team structure and company dynamics. I managed to develop my skills in all major areas while having gained a great amount of knowledge.

- Peech Care - CEO & Founder: founded a (failed) speech therapy startup for children and adults with a speech impediment.   
- Lemon: worked as special advisor for the founder to focus on growth and app expansion, steering through their Seed/Series A round 
- Optimus Search: Tech Recruitment across Germany, by leading the sales and all hiring processes. Lead and managed teams actively. Finally billed over 500K in my time with the company!
