林先生为中国人民政治协商会议第十二届广东省委员、全国港澳研究会港区特邀代表、第二届国家商务部经贸政策咨询委员会专家、中山市公共外交协会常务理事、香港广东青年总会副主席、香港中山青年协会副主席、香港专业及资深行政人员协会会员、香港菁英会成员、中国国家行政学院（香港）工商专业同学会成员。林先生于二零一一年至二零一二年期间为香港特别行政区政府中央政策组非全职顾问，现为香港特别行政区政府农业持续发展基金委员、香港特别行政区政府运输及房屋局上诉委员会（房屋）委员、香港贸易发展局内地商贸咨询委员会委员。 林先生现任中国商业经济学会委员兼青年分会副会长、广东省商业经济学会副会长、广东亚太电子商务研究院副院长、广东省物流与供应链学会副秘书长、香港跨境电子商务协会荣誉会长。 Mr. Lam is a member of the Twelfth Guangdong Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, a member of the Committee of the Chinese Association of Hong Kong & Macao Studies, a member of the Expert Committee to the Second Ministry of Commerce Advisory Committee for Economic & Trade Policy, a deputy committee of the Zhongshan Public Diplomacy Association, Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Guangdong Youth Association, Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Zhongshan Youth Association, a member of The Hong Kong Professionals And Senior Executives Association. Mr. Lam served as a parttime member of the Central Policy Unit of the Government of Hong Kong from 2011 to 2012, and is currently serving as an advisory committee of the Sustainable Agricultural Development Fund of the Government of Hong Kong, a committee member of the Appeal Panel (Housing) of the Government of Hong Kong, and a committee member of China Commerce & Trade Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Trade and Development Council.
