- Managed a department of 10+ IT specialists through implementation and adaptation of core University systems, which served a customer base of 25.000+ users (university staff, teachers, students); Provided support and maintenance for core University systems; 
- Developed end-to-end solutions by conducting business process analysis, creating functional and technical requirement documentation, database structure designs, technical solution designs and UX designs, overseeing all development stages, and leading functional testing, QA testing, training, change management, and all post go-live support over a 5-years timespan;
- Collaborated with internal stakeholders to define strategic initiatives and prioritize features and enhancements to create product strategy roadmaps, ensuring efficient feature rollouts and on-time deliverables, while quickly adapting to changes;
- Worked closely with key stakeholders to discuss, define, and follow up on requirements;
- Led all of the activities related to project planning, scope management, and time estimation. Utilized an Agile Methodology, leading sprint planning, kick-off meetings, backlog grooming sessions, daily stand-ups;
- Coordinated and designed the integration process between systems which eliminated a lot of manual work for University employees and speeded up the reporting process;
- Led and supported the development team on a daily basis. Exercised servant leadership and a strong focus on removing impediments from the team members.
- Was in charge of department’s internal budget, recruitment process and team members career paths;
- Launched “Informator ECTS” - a web app for visualizing and managing study programs
- Launched “Manager pensum” - a web app for course planning, overtime payment planning and payment processing
- Launched “Kalkulator kosztów kształcenia” - a web app for calculating the budget of studies
