Created and successfully e-commercialised a high-margin product for the publishing industry in the UK and USA, generating $1.5 million in revenue per annum. This involved: 

•	Directing the conception and evolution of the product, emphasizing its competitive edge. 
•	Crafting the brand identity and devising the market entry strategy for a series of 18 personalised, 100% recyclable, subscription-based children's books. 
•	Supervising the creation of an advanced e-commerce platform tailored for personalised product delivery. 
•	Shaping the subscription business model and pricing strategy.
•	Establishing a global team tasked with bringing the product concept to market and overseeing day-to-day operations. 
•	Overseeing company P&L, strategic brand positioning, and company funding.
•	Formulating and putting into action legal and customer service policies and procedures.

Global Learning Solutions Ltd t/a Video Teachers

Developed an innovative, high margin e-service for the language learning industry in Europe.

•	Supervised the development of the e-commerce platform for language tutoring services
•	Defined e-marketing and sales strategies and oversaw their implementation

Account Director for the telecom company MTS, leading an international team of executives to deliver on brand communication. This included:

•	Overseeing the financial performance of the account, managing a marketing budget ranging from six to seven figure, and cultivating and sustaining a robust client relationship.
•	Crafting strategic plans for cohesive brand communication and implementing large-scale integrated marketing initiatives across various media platforms.
