As a part of the Non-Auto Solutions Team, I generate leads and work towards their conversion and retention of clients around the globe for the following:
• Responsible for Strategy, Planning, Business Lead Generation, and Client Acquisition until the closure process.
• Reaching out to possible clients from the European market in order to get their requirements fulfilled on a remote basis. (amidst these unfortunate situations- COVID-19)
• Working on the expansion of GirnarSoft to the international markets - their products, their IT solutions, and services.
• Working on generating leads, for both clients and freelancers from various professional-social media avenues such as LinkedIn.
• Handling the entire in-bound (Website optimisation based) lead data of the organisation, right from filtering to generating the scope and business.
• Working closely with the Technical Department of the Organization and assist in managing and developing key client relationships and acquisitions.

Zomato

• Assisted the Sales Team at Amritsar to bring Zomato Gold to Amritsar, along with regular onboarding of restaurant partners.
• Successfully managed to get 124 Restaurant Partners (the highest) in the cities of Khanna, Mandi Gobindgarh, Nawanshahr, Malerkotla, and Amritsar, onboard with Zomato under C-500 Launch Project
• Responsible for Research, drawing Strategy, Planning, Launch, and Restaurant Onboarding till the closure process, which involved making the Restaurant Partners, Zomato Application and Health Standards friendly, as per the guidelines laid down under FSSAI in the Tier-2 cities

As a first-year Engineering Student, I, along with two seniors, aimed to set up a one-stop-shop; designed to integrate Vendors and Venues,  to redesign, restructure and ease out on Event Management with efficient and sustainable costing for the customers. 
•	Signed up the country’s hotel giants towards achieving this idea, along with the best vendor panel to serve customers with distinct budgets for a specific event. 
•	Strategically sourced and developed a network of vendors to assist in meeting the demands of clients of various backgrounds and needs.
•	Achieved the idea of partnering with several startup funding units, hotel chains, in order to create a name “that works”. 
• Involved as a Business Development Executive, handling data, sales, acquisitions, clients- their roles, perspectives and marketing of the product
• Worked on the expansion of the startup, by setting the initial stage including data analysis, customer sentiments, and understanding the market- it's scope and drawing the strategies for a perfect start.
• Conducted regular meetings with the clients, understood the market, their concerns, worked on client-to-customer relations, and map out the business strategies for the acceleration and growth of the company respectively
• Worked on the expansion of Banquet Booking to the city, among the Startup Network, and managed to get 12 clients in the tenure of 5 months of operation.
• Managed to get 74 Venue Partners, and 178 Vendor Partners, ranging from Grooming to Designing and Technical, followed by expansion of the team.
