Building relationships with students to increase their comfort levels in discussing financial issues
Preparing student appeals for financial aid committee review
Organizing and scheduling office calendar
Managing work-study program application process

Financial Services Administrative Assistant

Work-study position for 7-20 hours per week until full-time promotion
Answering phone calls and emails with accuracy and professionalism in a timely manner
Scanning documents to student accounts and routing them to the appropriate counselor

Financial Services Student Associate

Five Below

Assisted customers with self-scanning registers
Organized stock to its proper place and cleaned counters and floors
Helped in the remodeling process
