Patience taught me when to 𝗽𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 instead of push.

When to 𝘄𝗮𝗶𝘁 instead of force a response.

When to let 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆.

Within weeks, conversations felt easier.

And gratitude for where I am right now.

There were many days in my career when nothing felt exciting.

No 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝘀.

No messages saying “𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘦𝘥.”

Just quiet work and small responsibilities waiting to be done ✅

Those days taught me something important.

Progress does not always 𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘪𝘵𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧.

Some of the most meaningful growth happens when you 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘂𝗽 without applause.

When you 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦.
When you 𝘧𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩.
When you 𝘥𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘴𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘺 because it needs to be done.

If today feels ordinary, that is not a bad thing.

Ordinary days are where 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 ✨

And consistency is what carries you forward when 𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘧𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘴 💛

The past month reminded me of something important:

Not every productive season looks busy.
Some seasons build you quietly.

December into early January was full in a different way… 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴. And now, I’m stepping into the year with renewed focus and trust, ready to serve and build again.

Grateful for the reset.

𝙎𝙥𝙚𝙚𝙙 is often praised in business.

Reply faster.
Move people quicker.
Close sooner.

What I have seen over time is that trust outlasts speed.

When people 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 you, conversations 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆.
When trust is missing, no amount of speed helps.

That is why I focus on 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁.
✨ Through listening.
✨ Through patience.
✨ Through clear and honest communication.

If things are not moving as fast as you want, ask yourself if trust is being built.

Strong relationships take time, but they create better results. ✅

I used to compare my pace with everyone else.

How fast they were growing.
How often they posted.
How quickly they moved.

That comparison only created 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲

Once I learned to 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲, 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘧𝘦𝘭𝘵 𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘦𝘳 🌿

Conversations felt more 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹.

Decisions felt 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗿.

Not everyone is meant to move 𝘧𝘢𝘴𝘵.

Some of us are meant to move 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗹𝘆 🌱

Many professionals experience seasons where work feels repetitive.

Inbox conversations follow familiar patterns.
Processes repeat.
Routines stay the same.

In my experience, this is where 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 ✨

Over time, responses become clearer, timing improves, and confidence replaces hesitation.

𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲.

It turns effort into 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘵.

Progress often hides inside routines before it shows up as results. 📈

At the end of the week, I take a moment to pause and reflect.

Earlier in my career, I measured progress by numbers alone.

When results were not clear, it felt like falling behind.

Over time, I learned to look at 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 ✨

I now focus on the conversations I showed up for
The patience I practiced
And the lessons learned along the way.

Faith reminds me that meaningful growth often happens before it becomes visible. 🌱

Work done with intention carries 𝘷𝘢𝘭𝘶𝘦, even when outcomes are still unfolding.
