I would say my experience is comprised of a whole lot of trial by fire, a few cups of creative problem solving, and a dash of positive persistence, and a pinch of knowing I am up for the challenge. Oh, and somewhere in there is a gallon or two of innate love for data and technology. Sometimes I dream in boolean logic.

I support a number of teams - marketing and sales development, sales, customer success, delivery, and HR. I've helped to operationally advance our opportunity funnel and our lead funnel. I've worked with our customer success and account management team on our renewal and upsell process, and I've had some cool exposure to pricing models. I'm operating a deal desk platform (RevOps) and handle implementing any contract changes, whether they be legal or pricing related. We're a Hubspot shop so I'm overseeing that, and I have the honor of being our dedicated Salesforce admin. It's been many a moon since I've been the sole SFDC admin, but I've got to say, it's like riding a bike. I've learned a lot of previous roles that I'm able to bring into my experience here, and I'm all the better for it.

Fun fact: I’m a mom. A proud one. Most days, I’m a pretty good one.

There’s a lot being said lately about the mental load parents carry - especially moms. The never-ending lists in our heads: the “must do today,” the “should do this week,” the “maybe next month if I get a minute.” The routines on routines. The daily work of translating toddler speak into something the rest of the world can understand.

When I entered my ✨motherhood era✨, I felt strangely prepared - because I work in GTM ops. And balancing mental load? It’s baked in from day one.

Take tech management, procurement, and improvement.

I’ve had the privilege of sitting between stakeholders and business systems. And I’ve learned that during vendor assessments, there are many different languages being spoken.

Stakeholders ask:
 🟢 Does this meet our needs?
 🟢 Will it make us more efficient?
 🟢 Does it move pipeline?
 🟢 Can we measure the results?
 🟢 And if yes - how fast can we get it live?

Business systems ask:
 🟣 Does it play nicely with our current tech stack?
 🟣 Are we duplicating functionality we already pay for?
 🟣 If so, why switch? Was the current solution explored first?
 🟣 Is the contract scoped to what we need right now - not what we needed last year, or what we might need someday?

And then there’s GTM ops - answering everything in between:
 🟡 If we’re migrating, what migrates? It’s rarely 1:1. What needs auditing?
 🟡 Do we have an existing version of this workflow? If so, is it working? If not, what does building it from scratch look like?
 🟡 How will this scale across rollout phases?
 🟡 If it’s AI, how do we keep the knowledge base current without turning it into manual overhead?
 🟡 What does success actually look like beyond user logins?

Because here’s the thing:
➡️ In 9 months, someone will ask if we should renew.
➡️ And Business Systems will ask: “Why?”
➡️ And I’ll need to have the answer - backed by data, not vibes.

Your GTM ops team members carry this checklist in their heads every day, across dozens of tools, layered on top of everything else we’re doing. It’s mental load, yes - but it’s also operational clarity. 

And clarity is what keeps things moving.

Sharing this on behalf of someone I know pretty well - they've recently wrapped up a senior role in Marketing Ops / RevOps / GTM Systems and are exploring what’s next.

They've led in-house transformations, owned lifecycle and campaign architecture, introduced AI into core workflows, and built teams that move with clarity and purpose (even when the ground is shifting). They're great in the in-between: where Marketing, Sales, and Product overlap, and someone has to make the systems make sense.

Open to senior-level (leader) contract or FTE roles, and would be a solid win for the right team.
