I was promoted to Records Examiner/Analyst based on my exceptional work performance as a Data Analyst.
 
- Assist in developing and implementing the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Office of the Inspector General, Asset Forfeiture Unit (USDA-OIG AFU) procedures for filing petitions.
- Researched and drafted more than 40 petitions in 3 months as new procedures were developed and implemented.

- Served as designated point-of-contact for two of the five USDA program-designated regions for all asset forfeiture program requests and information.                                                                                                                                                                             
- Processed Federal Contribution Forms (FCFs), petitions and Seized Asset Tracking Reports (SATRs), as well as any other required asset forfeiture paperwork.                                                                                                                                                                          
- Created and maintained electronic case files.                                                                                                                                                                             
- Researched and compiled historical forfeiture statistics using USDA ARGOS database, DOJ CATS database, historical hard-copy case files and CourtLink. Analyzed this data to produce reports for acting Special-Agent-in-Charge. 
- Coordinated with other federal and local agencies to obtain case information. 
- Processed asset forfeiture funding requests including Cost Reimbursement Agreements, Case-Related Expenses and Investigative Costs Leading to Seizure. 
- Created and maintained fund request tracking workbook and all related spreadsheets for entire USDA-OIG Asset Forfeiture program. 
- Built and maintained the USDA Asset Forfeiture Unit (AFU) Subject Matter Expert SharePoint site.

- Supervised roll-out of new check processing system which increased check volume by a projected 30% year-over-year and decreased processing time by approximately 25%.
- Served as senior member of RSO Record Checks team. Provided on-the-job training for new team members. 
- Prepared case materials for new requests and tracked case opening and closing statistics using Excel spreadsheets and SharePoint.
- Conducted High Scope (HS) checks on all PSS cases. Recorded results of checks and status of cases using Report Management System (RMS) and Case Management System (CMS) software.

I was invited to return as a winter clerical based on my excellent performance as a summer clerical. 

- Created and edited standard documents, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Security and Suitability Adjudications, and the official Foreign Travel and Foreign Contact investigation forms. 
- Researched and prepared PowerPoint slides for conference presentations on SharePoint Training and the Personnel Security and Suitability Investigative Standards. 
- Researched DS Clearance Notification processes and analyzed this data to create the DS Clearance Notification SOP.

Winter Clerical

- Collected and maintained emergency contact information for 200 employees.
- Analyzed user data for more than 300 users of the case management system (CMS).
- Created an updated version of the CMS user manual for training purposes.

Summer Clerical

I was originally hired as a temporary receptionist for a two-week period, but due to my performance and strong work ethic I was kept on for several additional weeks and given additional temp employment later in the year.  

- Prepared contract information for inclusion in a database by reviewing data from more than 200 leasing and sales agreements. 
- Created and maintained hard-copy contract records as part of implementing a new filing system.
