Click Car Parts Ltd

Clickcarparts has become the leading seller of product specific categories on eBay including catalytic converters, diesel particulate filters exhaust components and suspension parts.

Defining and delivering the strategic management of the business, recently including PPC, SEO, Social Media and Web Design and expansion into international markets. 

Continually managing business wide improvements through customer care excellence, eliminating waste and process variation.

Setting up this ecommerce enterprise included responsibility for implementing the entire infrastructure of CMS, design of the website and ensuring customer usability of the interface. 

Daily responsibilities include managing a team of customer service operatives and warehouse operatives, embedded activities include cost control, call quality, client analysis and data measurement.

Product listing management of over 100k individual products. 

Managed and implemented multiple e-commerce websites, a company profile based website, created business plans, sales and marketing forecasts and been the driving force in taking the company forward.

•Responsible for a Rapid Prototyping and Product Design Consultancy based in South Yorkshire. Operating in a high end technology field, enabling clients to get product to market quickly, cost effectively and enabling high investment decisions to be made at a relatively low cost.

•Increased turnover in the first year by over 40% whilst maintaining high gross profit margins.

•In January 2008 capitalised on a government grant enabling increased prototyping services that achieved an investment of £200,000. 

•Daily tasks performed included customer liaison, project and product pricing, staff, time and financial management. 

•Implemented a Sales and Marketing campaign that involved developing the brand, literature and website

•Designed lighting products from conception all the way through to manufacture, co-ordinating each stage of the product life cycle to achieve product launch.
