I’m passionate about creating workplace experiences that help people, teams and organisations thrive. A big-picture thinker, I love working closely with founders and senior leadership teams to design and architect progressive performance cultures that drive organisational success. Over the last 13 years I’ve successfully built and led people and culture teams in the tech space from global startup to large multinationals across EMEA (UK, Germany, Netherlands, Estonia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Italy), APAC (Australia, Singapore, HK, Vietnam), USA (LA, SF, NY) and South America (Colombia). As Head of People & Culture for Ansarada, I designed and implemented people programs that have scaled the business over 400% in revenue and built a talented workforce from 40 to almost 250. Throughout the challenges and transformations of a fast-growth tech business, we maintained engagement levels in excess of 84% helping Ansarada to be consistently recognised as one of Australia’s best places to work during my time in this role. At Genius Sports I led a team of 28 (HR, TA and Internal Comms) professionals to support a workforce of 1400 across 12 countries. As the first senior HR leader in the business I communicated the People strategy and restructured the team to transform the way HR operated across the business to establish solid people practice foundations to help the business scale more efficiently and effectively. Key achievements included the successful launch of Workday HCM and Slack, 40% annual growth in headcount, digital management development program, and a refreshed onboarding experience. Through my tech start up / scale up experience, I’ve developed a strong interest in scaling culture through design-thinking practices and strong operational excellence across the entire candidate/employee experience journey. I am a student and practitioner of servant-based leadership with a strong commitment to ongoing personal and professional learning.
