My career track-record ranges from launch and growth phase investment backed Tech & SaaS, to a FTSE 100 PLC Industrial Services world-leader. From 2000 to 2019, I held various senior commercial leadership positions with a Global PLC which we grew in the period from £300M to £1.8bn. In 2019, I transitioned to Interim and Fractional Commercial Leadership (Chief Revenue Officer / Chief Commercial Officer), taking all of my rapid growth experience and instincts and creating a proposition for VC and PE backed, high potential businesses with revenues of £0-£20M and aspirations for >£100M. I have delivered BU revenue growth of x 5 in 6 years and led a Global Sales & Marketing transformation programme in my corporate career. As an Interim and Fractional leader I have delivered G-t-M launch to £1M ARR & delivered yr1 plan revenue and GP targets by month 9 for a SaaS start-up, a Sales & Marketing turnaround for a Digital Tech growth-phase business increasing pipeline value by 167% and avg. opportunity value by 82% in 7 months and successfully created and deployed G-t-M strategies for a range of Tech, SaaS ERP and Fintech clients.
