Cascade Health Services is a leading provider of home health care and hospice services in the Midwest. As a Market Development Specialist, I work with the marketing team to plan and execute email marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and create engaging content for our website and social media platforms. I use tools such as Canva, HubSpot, MailChimp, Semrush, and Google Analytics, and WordPress to optimize our online presence and reach our target audience. My passion for digital marketing stems from my education at Full Sail University, where I earned a degree in Digital Marketing in 2022. There, I learned the fundamentals of marketing strategies, content management, content creation, and CMS systems, and applied them to various projects and assignments. I also gained valuable customer service and leadership skills from my previous roles as an Onboarding Specialist and an Assistant Manager at Hyvee Grocery, where I trained new employees, managed inventory, and handled customer inquiries and complaints. I am motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families through effective and compassionate communication.
