My name is Grant Wise, I am originally from Dallas, Texas. A Division I college soccer player at the University of Memphis and Winthrop University, where I earned my degree, I worked as an Analyst in the Business Banking Group at BB&T in Winston-Salem, NC before moving to Wells Fargo. At Wells Fargo, I joined the Commercial Real Estate Group as a financial analyst, working with new multi-million dollar construction and bridge loans for Multi-Family, Industrial, Office and Retail properties, as well as lines of credit for home building companies. In 2016, after 11 years of visiting with my family, I decided to relocate to Pagosa Springs, Colorado an become a real estate agent to pursue my passion for real estate and outdoor activities. In addition to my passion for outdoor activities, I combined my real estate knowledge and extensive banking/analytical background to help buyers and sellers turn their own Colorado dreams into reality. As of March 2019, I joined Replay Destinations Park City-based development team and I was responsible for the analysis of prospective resort development opportunities and maintaining project budgets and cash flows. Developed comprehensive financial models to support acquisition due diligence and assist in the reviewal of LOI documents. Prepared financing/investor presentations and conduct ongoing market research. The projects included LIFT (61-Condo/Hotel Units) and YotelPAD (144-Condo/Hotel Units) in Park City, Utah. Currently, I am a Development Manager for the Lotus Company, who is a mixed-use residential developer in Utah. My primary responsibilities include leading several apartment and townhome projects through the due diligence, entitlement, planning commission meetings, schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction financing, and construction administration. I have successfully obtained Certificate of Occupancy for the Lotus Greens Townhomes (40-Unit-South Ogden), the Current by Lotus Phase 2 Townhomes (41-Unit-Ogden), Riverwalk Phase 1 (110-Unit-Ogden), and Riverwalk Phase 2 affordable housing apartments (174-Unit-Ogden). Additionally, I received planning commission approvals for the mixed-use development Lotus Alchemy (214-Unit-Salt Lake City), the Lotus Ember (106-Unit-Midvale), and Riverwalk Phase 3 (137-Units in Ogden). Awarded a private activity bond volume cap in 2024 for the LIHTC project Lotus Fluence (225-Units in Ogden). In addition, I received the Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) degree from the University of Utah.
