Since 1993 we have led South Bend’s community organizing efforts with leadership development, effective organizing toolkits, assisting with community stabilization, cultivating community leadership, and resource partnerships. Programs tailored to the needs of the community continues to be our focus. In doing so, we continuously connect with, survey groups of, and listen to individuals throughout our community.

Our team of kick-ass entrepreneurs, ecosystem builders, and changemakers from all over the US met while organizing Startup Weekend Remote USA. We worked alongside each other, day in and day out, to plan and execute the largest Startup Wekeend the US has ever seen. We brought together 1,300+ participants, mentors, facilitators, and partners to build solutions to the COVID-19 pandemic and the world thereafter.

Inspired by the stories that came out of the weekend, the Yoink Media team formed around the central idea that storytelling has the power to break down barriers of entry to entrepreneurship. By humanizing entrepreneurship and telling the stories of entrepreneurs all over the world, we inspire, engage, and empower people everywhere to start and grow their companies.

We connect philanthropic running by empowering organizers, runners, charities, and donors with the tools they use, all in one place. Leveraging running events as fundraisers, we are expanding the experience portfolio of NPOs across the country. Running events are a great way to reach new audiences, spread messages, and establish new partners. As we host more and more events,  we are training NPOs across the country on best practices for all aspects of events and fundraisers. Our goal is to lower the CDC's number of deaths for the leading causes of death, get philanthropic donations to 5% of GDP, and connect 1M volunteers.

Coordinating the South Bend - Elkhart's largest running race. Leading teams, promotion, volunteers, and participants to create a great experience.

Built sales operations, processes, and assets to reach targeted markets. By establishing the process of exploration to understand the market needs, I brought the constraints of the business to delivery within that market. Helping to create the messaging for the product, the look of the product, the service offerings, the customer experience, the delivery experience, the marketing strategy, and the sales strategy. Setting up the business to get started quick and make the cold season. I assisted with feedback on the manufacturing process and the form factor of the units.

Lena Works to monitor and control indoor temperatures of out buildings and low-use buildings; in doing so, connecting clients with their buildings, keeping those buildings protected, and saving more money at every step in the process.
