Our team’s goal is to embrace technology as a tool, to help us be human and achieve more.

Founded in early 2016, through an exercise of Big Thinking; our founder asked the question “How can
we make the world a better place?” and UseVerb’s journey began.

Work Stress is a major stress in people lives.
We spend our adult lives at work,
Who we work with is important.. isn’t it?

Could better teams improve quality of life? Happiness? Productivity?
We believe it can.

So we built a prototype and went to market to test.

Successful feedback from companies including UnderArmour, AmericanExpress and many more.
In fact, they all agreed, UseVerb’s solution didn't just solve their hiring problem... it solved
their Core Business!

Their People are their business!
The right team Culture directly improves revenue and stops Talent Churn.
UseVerb had the foundation to become a literal Game Changer.

We needed to build UseVerb.

So we went Stealth and entered Engineering mode.
Like Iron Man in his garage.. but no where near as cool.

UseVerb’s grown since, from a big thinking idea.. to an awesome tool.

I am proud to be a Firefighter, allowing me to give back to my community and help people in times of need. While ensuring I keep in peak physical condition and allowing me great balance to raise my children.

Career Highlights:
- Being 1 of 48 people selected from 2500 after extensive physical & psychological testing.
- Rescuing 9 dogs from 1 house that were trapped by fire and scared.
- Supporting an unconscious elderly lady hanging for 40 minutes while my crew made access into her upturned vehicle.
- Finding a man alive in a sports car that had crashed into a power pole at high speed and was engulfed in flames. Managing to cut him out unharmed, with an angel on his shoulder he had the water main magically showering him with enough water to keep him safe from the flames...🙏
- Fighting countless fires and rescuing countless people and animals during times of need.

- Working with my team of 37 Engineers + 5 Electricians + 10 Sales and Administration + up to 20 mechanical and technical trades people.
- Growing to be one of the 2 biggest Robotics solution providers in Australia.
- Delivering many multi million dollar Robotic and Engineered systems to some of Australia's leading mining and mining services companies.
- Delivering around 6 highly technical Robotic precious metal handling systems for The Perth Mint, ensuring they remain competitive and keep up with demand (Cool to see all the gold bullion in person)
- Hiring the majority of the graduating class from Mechatronic Engineering in Perth many years in a row
