十年树木百年树人 Ten years to grow a tree, hundred years to grow a man. 🌎I'm Grace I'm a luxury rooted professional with over 15 years of experience within the design and luxury industry as consultant and educator. 🍀I hold a Master of Arts at Università Cattolica di Milano with a research thesis on Corporate Social Responsibility inside the textile industry. I explored the impact of industrial practices and manufactures' standards in Bengalore, India. I hold a second level master at LUISS School of Government on Public Policies. 💼 I did specialise on the Asia market and in 2012 I did move in China where I started oversee companies business and their strategies: consulting the best in class fashion luxury and textile key players and guiding them in the complexity of China e-ecosystem. Ensuring a coherent communication strategy consistent with their brands' heritage. Meanwhile I started teaching at Istituto Marangoni Shanghai and since 2019 I covered the role of Head of Academic and Industries Relations Manager. ⭕️In 2016 I founded Vōx 品之身 a consulting firm with an eye on culture business approaches, sustainability and transformation practices mostly focusing on luxury brands. In 2023 I started Le Palette Milano as European team supporting the same mission within the European market. 👩🏻‍💻 I currently support organisations and executives through learning and cultural strategies to continue thrive in a high digital and fluid world.
