In this capacity, I improved operations by effectively leading talent acquisition and development, hiring top talent as well as providing direct supervision to 14 associates. Additionally, I maximized organizational
productivity and employee competence by compiling video content to demonstrate enterprise tech stack, general enablement, client tone, objection management, 3x3 research, and industry-best practices.

Some key achievement in this role include-
• Implemented distinct training program for account development team by
identifying and resolving training inconsistencies.
• Spearheaded Skedule.edu learning path program with Saleshood LMS to
consistently facilitate team-building and training.
• Led reduction in ADR ramp time by 75%.

Senior Manager, ADR Enablement

In this role, I operated in interim capacity during organizational restructuring by direction of executive leaders. Along with supervising of 16-member worldwide account development team, I optimized
workflow in accordance with C.A.R. model, resulting in new sales
opportunities.

Some key achievements in this role include-
• Resulted in operational excellence by collaborating with sales, marketing,
and sales consultant teams.
• Boosted employee engagement of sales team by designing and incorporating
incentives.
• Achieved Q4 OKR objective of generating $18M+ in 2021 and joining internal
Millions Club.

In this capacity, I oversaw operations and managed global team of ten account developers to drive workflow efficiency and increase market share. Moreover, I developed professional rapport with clients to establish longterm collaborations.

Personas is a SaaS startup in SF developing tools to help B2B marketing and sales teams scale their outbound programs while increasing performance of personalization. Their past outbound platforms have been used by companies like Gusto, Freshdesk, and Zenput.

As part of their Customer Advisory Board, I am giving their product and leadership teams direction regarding industry trends and behaviors as well as providing iterative feedback on the app they are developing in the Summer of 2020. Additionally, I’ll be testing their beta to help them improve UX/UI functionality during sprint reviews.
