I have almost 15 years of experience advising leaders on how to set up and lead winning organisations (performance + health). I have done so in multiple industries (pharma, banking, insurance, public sector) and multiple positions (lean and HR consultant, head of OpeX program, VP HR) across the globe. I possess multiple coaching certificates too which allow me to achieve lasting personal change with the business leaders whom I coach and mentor. 

But above all, I'm a proud dad of 3 wonderful children.

@ McKinsey, I was mainly active in the field of performance transformations in service companies, more specifically managing and coaching client study teams in Lean management and Operational Excellence. Next to that, I actively participated in setting up Lean/OE PMOs and developing Lean/OE program activities such as roadmapping, mission statements, etc. I worked in different industries, such as banking, insurance and pharmaceuticals across many different geographical locations: Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Poland and Hong Kong. 

Next to that, I was part of an international People Strategy (HR) working group focused on redesigning McKinsey's Leadership Development Model and promoting a shift to strengths-based-development. 

As I'm passionate about people, I took an interest in recruiting and was an EMEA recruiter for our Operations Practice and faculty at our LEArN model office/factory in Nyenrode.

Sustaining the Lean Management System in the New Issues department. 

Conducting Lean transformation projects throughout the company, according to the McKinsey Lean management methodology. 

Successful assignments include Corporate Technology Office engineering (BE), Swift&Tandem Engineering (BE), Euroclear Sweden Transaction Management (SE), transversal Kaizens on Logical Access Management (BE) and reducing IT testing cost (BE).
