Throughout my years at BGO, this facilitated closing 945 deals ($50.1 billion) in acquisitions, development commitments, dispositions, and seller financing transactions.

In 2023, I created and posted over 650 resources folders for firm-wide access and use, resulting in:

•	168 deals reviewed by Investment Committee ($14.4B)
•	40 deals closed ($3.1B)
•	11 deals active at year-end ($1.7B)

As a certified DealCloud Platform Manager I developed weekly, quarterly, and year-end reports for providing insights and satisfying the unique requirements of both targeted and firm-wide audiences as well as constructing customized reports upon request. User experience was upgraded by injecting an interface between the firm database and cloud server giving seamless and secure access to resources with a single click.

In addition, I enthusiastically completed numerous cross-department and public-facing projects, always adding value and exceeding expectations.

Senior Graphic Designer

In this role, I established a standard of quality for investment review materials by creating and sourcing graphic resources and the development of user-friendly templates to help maintain and promote brand identity. In addition, by building an efficient process, presentation and review volume was greatly increased. Although initially focused on the investment group, this role quickly expanded across departments to enhance firm-wide projects.
