Becoming a parent in 2016 was life changing for me. Prior, my career was most important. Overnight, my family was. Yet, I wanted to succeed in my career and provide for my family's. I felt I had to give 100 per cent to everything always. It meant I gave 100 per cent to one, and alot less to the others. For two years, I unsuccessfully searched for a mentor to help me. It was only by engaging my own executive coach, I self-determined (with help via coaching strategies) that right unique balance for me - between my work, family and personal life.
