I am the President & Principal Consultant of Lone Wolf Consulting, LLC, a specialized minority-owned automotive consulting firm that I established in January 2023 after taking an early retirement from Ford Motor Company. With over 30 years of experience in OEM coatings, decorative chrome plating on plastic, and composites, I offer a unique combination of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and business acumen to my clients. My core competencies include chrome plating on plastic, painting process OEE improvement, process optimization and complexity reduction, supplier quality and development, facility approval audit preparation and gap analysis, onsite leadership, coaching and training, and new business growth. I have successfully approved multiple new Tier X exterior paint and chrome plating on plastic facilities in various regions, developed and implemented enhanced color harmony control processes, and contributed to the creation of AIAG CQI-11 & CQI-12 industry standards for plating and coating systems. I am also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. My mission is to help my clients achieve excellence, efficiency, and innovation in their coatings and plating operations.
