Northwestern University in Qatar

Design, sell, and deliver graduate and executive education programs in areas including sports media management, leadership development, digital marketing analytics, and mentorship to top-tier clients and individuals in media, telecommunication, sports and entertainment, and government sectors.  Engage with, and expand, institutional partnership and outreach initiatives.  Launched the university's Media Innovation Lab.

Director of Planning, Assessment and Strategy (Chief Planning and Strategy Officer) 

Adjunct appointments in both the Communication and Journalism programs for undergraduate courses, as well as graduate programs and executive education.

Courses:
•	IMC 332: Case Studies in Public Relations and Strategic Communication, the capstone course for the PR certificate program.  Topics include internal communication, corporate social responsibility, crisis communication, and analytics.
•	MIT 349: Internships, the academic requirement for students doing internships for credit.  Topics include gender in the workplace, conflict resolution, managing up, and cross-cultural communication.
•	MIT 398: Media Ecosystems, seminar class that looks at the full media ecosystem that content creators and companies are a part of, including: organizational structure, verticals, distribution, and how revenue is generated. The course also looks at areas of ethics and corporate social responsibility
•	MIT 398: Media Entrepreneurship: Alpha Start-Ups, a collaborative approach to understanding what it takes to design, develop, and launch a start-up as an entrepreneur.  The program is project based, team oriented, with a focus on real-world engagement and application.  
•	MSA 476: Strategic Communication, a graduate-level blended (online and in-person) course structured around case-study design and project-based learning.  Topics include internal communication, corporate social responsibility, crisis communication, and analytics.
•	Executive Education courses include web and social media analytics and e-commerce marketing.

Adjunct Assistant Professor

Oversaw the change management of Student Affairs from its start-up phase to a sustained operation, including the design and implementation of policies and protocols, fiscal analysis of programming, and the development of a multi-year strategic plan. Transformed planning and operating practices through the use of data collection and analysis, shifting the mindset from many, individual, events with low-to-moderate attendance to fewer, larger, events with higher participation and an overall reduction of cost-per-attendee on a per event and per semester basis. Implemented the production of a comprehensive semester report encompassing of all Student Affairs operations analyzing successes and challenges, qualitatively and quantitatively, including data on financial outlay, attendance, diversity in participants, and trends over semesters and years.  Shared with senior university leadership and cited in annual reports. Advanced a cohesive co-curricular experience for a student body that grew by by over 90% over 5 years; driving an annual planning cycle focused on collaboration both inter and intra-departmentally with sequential events compounding learning outcomes from prior sessions.  Created and lead the Global Media Experience, and experiential learning program for students to engage with media companies and executives in New York and Dubai.  Opening opportunities to network with, and learn from, leaders in traditional and new media fields.  Over 50 students have participated in 6 years; consistently one of the most competitive programs at the school with a 25-35% acceptance rate.  Represented NU-Q on Education City committees including the Student Affairs Planning Committee where we devise and determine the strategic goals of the collaborative student affairs programs across Education City.

Day One partners with New York City youth to end dating abuse and domestic violence through community education, supportive services, legal advocacy and leadership development. Serving the five boroughs of New York City, Day One uses an empowerment model that invests and involves young people in maintaining safe relationships for themselves and their peers.

Consulting for both Whitson's Culinary and Nu Life Foods on business and web analytics programs, expanding their social media strategy, new customer acquisition tools, and implementing programs to increase engagement and lifetime value of current customer.

Marketing and Social Media Consultant

Fordham University

Oversaw a current MBA, MS, and special degree student body of 1,400 following their admission to the university through their graduation from the program.  Managed operational improvements through IT and system upgrades to increase efficiency, including a 60- day intensive project implementation that enabled the registration system to recognize waivers, allowing 500+ students to register properly on their own, rectifying class lockouts, and eliminating over 200 person-hours per term in manual registration by Student Life and Academic Advisement.  Proposed, designed, and oversaw a custom dashboard suite for business intelligence for GBA Admissions, Student Life, and Career Management providing topline statistics and targeted data, aimed at enabling increased efficiency in marketing and advertising, as well as advisement to current students, plus identifying high caliber perspective students for recruitment and financial aid.  Liaison between students, administration, and faculty in the coordination, implementation, and management of special programs including cohort MS degrees and international student gateways.  Led the expansion efforts of the study abroad program partnerships worldwide for the graduate business school.  Managed a staff of 8 full-time employees, consultants, and graduate assistants.  Oversaw the alumni LinkedIn group, the Cohort and Women in Business mentor programs, and proposed building a coaching program in conjunction with the Legal & Ethical Studies department.

Managed Omniture web analytics and business intelligence for between ten and fifteen online book, movie, and music clubs, including data generated by 10M+ members and over 1B email and OTT engagement opportunities.  Oversaw large projects across clubs supporting both print and online initiatives including holiday season strategy, print to email member conversion analysis, and third-party ad revenue programs. Managed launches for all new online businesses including strategic focus, marketing & business rules.  Worked cross functionally with project and account management, business analysis, finance, and creative teams in the coordination on all elements required for the business to go live, as well as for subsequent rollout phases. Previously managed online strategy for Columbia House DVD Club, ch.com, BMG Music Club, and YourMusic.com, including all web and email initiatives.
