I founded SoloBOSS as a support group for solopreneurs during the pandemic, but it quickly became a community of people who refused to let each other fail.
We now offer a complete "Solo Business Owner's Support System," with mentoring, peer support and training offered in our online community and private mastermind groups. 
Business owners work together to align their businesses, eliminating resistance so they can thrive.
Our unique approach helps online entrepreneurs experience greater enjoyment in business and have more time for important things like family and fun. 
As part of a paid membership, I personally facilitated more than 300 paid mastermind groups and established myself as a trusted advisor to dozens of solopreneurs and coaches.

TriStar was a business incubator that helped usher in the age of the Internet.  Ahead of its time, it embraced an inclusive corporate culture that empowered its employees, including those who were neurodivergent. Startups it funded included Paramax, a company that developed early compression technology that is now used for voice and video over IP; and CyberTek College, which launched some of the first online, instructor-led classes.

With over 25 years of experience in new business development, social networking, and online marketing, I have a passion for helping solopreneurs and divergent thinkers to succeed in their dream businesses.

SoloBOSS offers peer support and training in our online community, where I have personally facilitated more than 300 paid mastermind groups and established myself as a trusted advisor to dozens of solopreneurs and coaches. I also run JuntoHub, a publishing company with more than 100 published books, dedicated to providing information and resources for online service providers. My mission is to create a tribe of like-minded people who can work and learn alongside each other, without the pressure of scaling a business by themselves or trading their independence and autonomy.
