I am an Inside Sales Rep within Revenue Operations for the largest group captive manager in the United States. Pareto helps mid-sized businesses self-fund and access high-quality health benefits with greater savings and lower volatility. Pareto has $750 million in stop-loss premium under management, 550,000 lives covered, 1,725 active employers, and a 97% retention rate. We are uniquely positioned to help a large swath of the market adopt smart, sustainable, multiyear strategies for optimal healthcare delivery.

I work within Pareto's production efforts includes discovery and vetting of new consultants and enhancing existing consultant relationships.  I am skilled in communicating Pareto’s value proposition, stop loss functions, and cost containment philosophy. I also support consultant efforts to educate employers, increase consultant expertise, marketing strategies, and produce new captive members with ParetoHealth.

•	Worked at two 7-day operations while being trained quickly on Customer Service, Sales, Fleet and P&L.
