Mile Two

• Developed and executed a marketing plan that included a focus on video production, content marketing, website updates, and digital marketing
• Provided oversight, planning, presentation to leadership, and execution of a communications budget and $75,000 grant to support marketing plan
• Planned, scheduled, and co-created content for social media and blog along with technical SMEs
• Sourced, interviewed, hired, and managed workload with a freelance graphic designer
• Interviewed, performed cost analysis, and a fit assessment for third-party agencies to acquire a full support program on long-standing communications and marketing gaps
• Created structure and processes for the communications department through Notion and Google Suite to increase collaboration across the company

Content Manager

• Led cross-functional teams to create structure and processes across all departments
• Project manager for 25,000 Sq. Ft. collaboration building ensuring contractual fulfillment and client satisfaction on moving into the space, furniture, equipment, access badges, and utilities 
• Strategically planned conference and event attendance to ensure better financial decisions
• Led organizational restructuring group with a focus on future growth at the company
• Researched and implemented HubSpot CRM and Unanet financial systems to streamline business processes

Business Operations Manager

Dayton Dragons Professional Baseball

• Created all tools and processes for a newly created marketing role within our department
• Planned and executed TV and radio airtime, signage placement, print ads, and ticket usage for 60 team partners totaling $3.3M+ in annual team revenue
• Liaised between corporate partners, agencies, internal creative department, front office staff, and media outlets while overseeing workflow processes for all media and signage deliverables 
• Researched, on-boarded, and established rapport with 20% of team partners while developing radio, TV, digital, and print materials as needed 
• Constructed, prepared, and presented annual reports to establish accountability and review the executed contractual elements with clients
• Liaised and built relationships with celebrity guests for speaking engagements and other appearances

Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager

• Oversaw 7 partner accounts spanning more than $500k in annual sponsorship expense, including the second-largest team partner and the key county partner 
• Crafted press releases, social media posts, email campaigns, print materials, radio/TV spots, and various collaterals to support events and promotions
• Executed 8 events and 2 promotions reaching over 2,500 annual participants, including implementation of a budget-conscious marketing plan strategically aligned with sponsor goals
• 100% retention rate on all accounts at the Dayton Dragons held from day one

Corporate Partnerships Manager

• Provided customer service and support for outside sales accounts 
• Managed effective inbound and outbound communication with clients, sales staff, and vendors

Inside Sales Representative

Cardboard Heroes Sports Stuff

• Communicated with other stores in transferring and securing of merchandise to satisfy customer requests and create store sales
• Interacted with customers to determine customer requests such as item, price range, and the person they were shopping for
• Served as decision maker when manager was not present on shift and held key to the store to open and close
• Maintained and handled financial assets at the end of the day to balance out cash registers and records

• Shipped out items per internet and store requests via UPS and USPS

• Provided administrative support to Athletic Director and Special Assistant to the Athletics Director in obtaining strategic and organizational information for the athletic department
• Directed and managed external communications with NCAA schools
• Assisted with freshman student-athlete programs within the athletic department 
• Prepared and sent game contracts to various NCAA schools
• Ordered apparel for student-athletes and athletics staff
• Participated in Senior Staff meetings
