Fairphonic is a digital rights management solution that aims to provide full transparency and income optimization for music rightsholders. 

Together with rights holders, we help recover unclaimed content on the digital media space such as Youtube, leveraging on our AI-based Audio Fingerprinting technology to detect various content variations, be it your covers, remixes, and other forms of UGCS.

• Conducted in-depth business analysis to identify growth opportunities, improving operational efficiency by 20% and supporting precise revenue forecasting.
• Pitched to 10-12 prospective clients weekly, leading to a 10% improvement in client engagement. Enhanced Business Development SOPs for meeting preparation, engagement, and follow-up, which maximized value proposition delivery and increased client retention potential.
• Led lead-generation efforts, reaching 200 new prospects weekly via email and LinkedIn, achieving a 1-2% weekly increase in reply rates and a 1% boost in intro meetings. This initiative holds potential for generating over $500K in client revenue.

Business Development

• Executed a targeted email outreach campaign, sending 150 emails per week for 10 consecutive weeks. and resulted in securing an average of 5-6 new meetings per week, significantly expanding client network and generating valuable opportunities for business growth. 
• Collaborated closely with the tech team to optimize daily operations, leading to a remarkable 50% reduction in work time and resulted in the creation of 1-2 new roles per week, enabling the BD team to scale effectively and meet increased demands
• Played a key role in sales and pitch presentations by analyzing and enhancing the current deck and influenced the team's ability to engage prospects, deliver persuasive pitches, and ultimately achieve higher conversion rates.

Binus Research

BINUS Research (Research and Technology Transfer Bina Nusantara University) is a page that disseminates activities and events in research, publication, intellectual property rights, and technology transfer of the researchers in Bina Nusantara (BINUS) University

Junior Researcher is a job position in RTTO, which is under the Vice-Rector Research & Technology Transfer of BINUS University.

•	Performed data analysis for 384 respondents across more than 270 million of Indonesia population by using SmartPLS 3, leading to reports being presented to one of reputable health policy and Scopus-indexed journal
•	Collaborated with lecturers to design research methodologies for quantitative study on analyzing factors that affect patient satisfaction and service quality in Indonesia during COVID-19 pandemic and potentially being one of references for changes in hospital quality service policies
•	Conducted literature review from 60 papers to get profound insights and build fundamental perspective and structural thinking about importance of patient satisfaction and service quality for hospital from 2018-2021

Junior Researcher

International MUN 

International MUN young people from all over the world to learn and share ideas with various experiences and backgrounds through a Model United Nations Conference (Simulated UN session) both offline & online. International MUN is recognized by the United Nations and has held MUN conferences in 5 different countries in the last 3 years, namely in Thailand, Vietnam, Egypt, China & Malaysia. The next IMUN conference in 2021 will be held in the Philippines, Indonesia, South Korea, and other Southeast Asian (SEA) countries.

The task of the Official Campus Ambassador is
• Promoted the IMUN Conference program in various schools/universities & get participants to join the conference.
• Became an International MUN Brand Ambassador and promote it on social media and various other media,
• Assisted IMUN Conference participants in the process of participating in the IMUN Conference (Registration, Payment, etc.)

The results are:
• Selected as one of the Top IMUN Interns on IMUN Online Conference 66.0
• Managed to invite nine people to join IMUN Online Conference during IMUN Online Conference 66.0 by disseminating information about IMUN Online Conference on five social media platforms for five weeks; the average total of social media users who viewed the report was around 30% to 51% per day.

Airpaz.com is one of the leading flight booking platforms in the Asia Pacific which was founded in 2011. Airpaz.com has serviced as an Online Travel Agent (OTA), offering promos and offers from the 360 ++ Low Cost and Full Network Flight or Full Flight for more than 350,000 ++ routes worldwide.

•	Managed data of more than 500 flights and flight routes on the company's database and streamlined data extraction process, reducing the time by 70% through integrating suppliers' data into the company's database
•	Conducted primary research and liaised with more than 10 APAC local payments and gateways experts to formulate market expansion strategies, potentially bringing in up to IDR 500 million worth of revenues in the next two years
•	Co-organized three campus events, within which Airpaz became main sponsors, increasing brand awareness by 80% within a month and generating IDR 20 million revenues during campaign period

Currently, I'm pursuing a Master (M.Sc.) in International Business & Entrepreneurship (MIBE) at Università di Pavia, Italy, and working as a Partner at Building Image Consultant. Also an active member of PPI (Perhimpunan Pelajar Indonesia) Milan (part of PPI Italy) in the Career and Education Division for 2024-25 period.

Previously worked as Business Development at Fairphonic and as Junior Researcher at BINUS Research.

My research focus is: project management, business development, project management office (PMO), international business, and entrepreneurship. I've also taken several certifications in project management, entrepreneurship, scrum, and sig sigma.
