* Hired by the CEO as employee #1 to determine the company's ideal customer profile, identify customer needs and build value propositions at Rockstart, a startup accelerator/co-working space headquartered in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

* Leveraged background in brand marketing and events to establish an attractive company culture that attracted 200+ mentors and experts for the company's programs.

* Used market research knowledge and creativity as to identify events as one of the 3 business propositions and created value-driven satellite event format "Rockstart Answers" which sourced startups, investors, mentors and drove general brand awareness. Organized 40 editions in 5 different countries across Europe.

* Reported to CEO and grew events team to 8 across multiple locations. Attracted KPMG and NatWest as NL/UK program sponsors and built out fruitful collaborations.

* Scouted several startups that were accepted in Rockstart's accelerator programs.

* Hosted and facilitated corporate innovation programs for Fortune 500 clients and NGOs.
