Research and Troubleshooting: Demonstrated expertise in conducting thorough research and efficient troubleshooting to resolve customer cases, ensuring prompt issue resolution.  Identify system data quality issues and help with data standardization, uploads, and migrations within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Technical Initiatives: Collaborated closely with the Product Marketing Team on technical initiatives, such as an end-to-end migration of the ESP and CMS, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Campaign Support: Responsible for providing essential campaign support to the Marketing team, including building landing pages and email templates, setting up lead flows, and optimizing the website.

Client Issue Resolution: Interface directly with clients to address technical problems within the platform, working closely with Solution Consultants to manage client issues and foster productive conversations.

Client Relationship Management: Manage client accounts through Outlook, proactively escalating reported issues, gathering feedback, and determining training approaches to prevent churn.

Customer Success Manager

Evaluated existing processes, procedures, and operational challenges. 

Product Pricing and Management: Built, implemented, and managed SKUs and pricing structures for CPQ and CLM product releases, ensuring alignment with downstream quote-to-cash processes.

Admin: Heavy use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and user administration.

proactively to address any follow up questions. Engaging additional internal stakeholder teams to
ensure timely and accurate information is available to our clients.

collaborating with clients to understand needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
