I became an EOS Implementer in May 2010 and started implementing EOS with my sales coaching clients. I quickly became the Eighth Certified EOS Implementer. I climbed the ranks and set numerous records from the most new clients in a single quarter to the highest revenue in a single year. Over that time frame I also created a Sales Mastery Class for other implementers to show them how to grow their practice. Over 150 EOS Implementers attended the classes where we made live phone calls on prospects and booked appointments. It was a game changing experience for the vast majority of people who attended.

As a Professional Sales Coach I would help companies figure out the very best way their sales teams should go to market. I would create the sales process, then test it in the field with real prospects, adjust the sales approach then document it. Once the Sales Playbook was created I then set about helping the entire sales force master the sales playbook. 
Companies saw immediate and tangible results. 
Some of the companies are still using that playbook to train sales people and capture new business a decade later.
