­- Sourced and modified strength and cardio products with selected factories in Asia (China, Taiwan) 
­- Modelling of financial leasing solutions including maintenance and renewing of the equipment
­- Raised funds (1M€ credit lines granted by two banks)
­- Created brand identity, marketing strategy for 8 lines of products (150 references) and website www.spartek.fr
­- Set up a national network of maintenance companies
­- Selected two warehousing companies for products and spare parts
­- Built an IT system and database to manage orders, stock, customers, maintenance
­- Daily management of the team in China and France (1 manager and 2 assistants)

➢    EDF Enterprises Division - As part of the Tariff Reform (NOME law), involved in a project dedicated to migrate the Regulated Prices. In charge of the Financial Processes and Performance:
- Design new processes (Billing,...) aiming at complying with the reform and the end of the regulated prices;
­- Forecast of the migration impacts concerning working capital and accountancy risks;
­- Participate on a profitability model to analyse the Division’ structure ante and post migration.


➢    Utilities Company - Team leader of a Business Transformation project. With six Analysts under management:
- Implemented a new organisation and new processes in close cooperation with the Managers;
- Designed deployment and training strategies regarding industry, marketing and IT evolutions;
- Set-up planning, prepared management reports and follow-up of the team deliveries;
- Daily operational management of the team.

­- Conducted workshops for understanding the organization; 
­- Realised a strategic analysis of the current operational processes; 
- Identified improvement opportunities to optimize IT and management performances.
