•	Optimized customer dictation workflow for various customer journeys across multiple voice dictation solutions. Savings of $500k a year.
•	Managed product development from ideation to rollout, working cross-functionally with analysts, nurses, and designers to launch a document management app, onboarding 4 hospitals, and 154 offices in 4 months.
•	Conducted user interviews and identified key pain points around lack of visibility in information processing to implement an API and flat file interface to eliminate duplicate data entries by 301K a year.

•	Spearheaded features and customer journey reviews of each customer segment as the product owner of the EHR messaging service. Features and workflows were created to meet the needs of each group in the onboarding of 109 offices. 
•	Translated business needs into detailed product requirements.
•	Collaborated for UX/UI design to build and iterate prototypes for new application features within Cerner.
•	Hosted product training sessions with stakeholders and created user documentation for launches.
•	Tracked project timelines and garnered alignment, enabling releases to be on time and under budget.

•	Managed emergency medical service(EMS) calls and relayed to Emergency Department Staff. 
•	Paged STEMI, Stroke, and Code Blue events.
•	Facilitated patient transfer and physician consults.

EMS Comm Specialist

•	Provide basic life support: recognition of signs of sudden cardiac arrest, heart attack, stroke, and foreign body airway obstruction, and the performance of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and defibrillation with an automated external defibrillator.

•	Assisted Emergency Department nursing with patient care, phlebotomy, and EKGs.
